Pin the dashboard as your browser homepage during a launch — it's your mission control. Use it as a daily standup artifact: 'here's what the agents did, here's what they couldn't do alone.' Don't treat dashboard tiles as eval signals. They're operational, not evaluative — for quality you still need /traces.
